INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:

Confirmation:

• reservation will be confirmed when the preliminary payment (50% of the total value of reservation) is paid latest due date; 14 days from booking. Sums less than 60 euro will be charged entirely as preliminary payment. 
• if the reservation has been made later than six (6) weeks prior to arrival, preliminary payment will not be collected separately
• the remaining sum of the total value of reservation is to be paid latest 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation:

• latest 30 days prior to arrival: preliminary payment will be refunded minus cancellation fee (30,- €/reservation)
• later than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund 
• in no show – cases we charge the first night of the reservation
• during the stay: no refund
• if cancellation is due to the client or someone from their household suddenly falling ill, meeting with a serious accident or dying, the whole sum minus cancellation fee (30,- €/reservation) will be refunded. This is to be verified by reliable means (doctor's certificate)

GROUPS (min. 12 persons)

Confirmation:

• reservation will be confirmed when the preliminary payment (50% of the total value of reservation) is paid latest the agreed due date.
• the remaining sum of the total value of reservation is to be paid latest 30 days prior to arrival according to confirmed number of passengers
• the name list and rooming list as well as special meal requests for the group are to be sent to the hotel latest 7 days prior to arrival

Cancellation:

• latest 30 days prior to arrival: no refund of preliminary payment
• 29 – 14 days prior to arrival: preliminary payment and 50% of the remaining sum of the canceled portion or reservation will not be refunded
• 13 days or later prior to arrival: no refund
• during the say: no refund
• diminishment of max. 10% from confirmed group size will be accepted
• if cancellation is due to the client or someone from their household suddenly falling ill, meeting with a serious accident or dying, the whole sum minus cancellation fee (30,- €/person) will be refunded. This is to be verified by reliable means (doctor's certificate)

The right of the hotel to cancel the reservation:

• if preliminary payment has not been paid by due date, the reservation is considered canceled
• in case of unavoidable circumstances (force majeure), the hotel can cancel the reservation in which case the hotel must notify the client with no delay. In this case the client will be fully refunded.
